Meet Erin Shimberg

Erin is a life-long mover, comprehensively trained pilates instructor, and Founder of Shimberg Pilates. She has been teaching pilates for nearly a decade, training clients in some of the most renowned studios on the east coast. Erin is especially interested in the fitness element of Pilates, combining therapeutics within each session. She believes that mindful movement equips us with the ability to heal from injury, chronic pain, or anything life throws our way. Combining the transformational power of pilates and with her capable care, Erin guides clients to connect with their bodies through engaging and challenging programming and achieve an overall state of well-being.
